Holy Family started as a small congregation, and held its first Eucharist on February 14, 1971 at a children's theater and remained there for eight months.  The mission then moved to the fellowship hall at San Joaquin Gardens' retirement Center.

By 1976, Holy Family moved to its current location in 1977 and first services were held in what is now called The Great Hall.  This was Holy Family's nave and sanctuary for over four years.

In 1981, construction began on our current church building where we now have our Sunday Holy Eucharist.
